(Undated) — A number of roads and schools are closed today as the winter storm is making getting around treacherous. The Utah Highway Patrol said troopers had responded to nearly 120 crashes on roads and freeways by 9:30 p.m. last night. The Department of Transportation has issued a road weather alert that’s in effect through Thursday morning. More than a dozen public school districts and private school will conduct remote learning today and all Salt Lake Community College campuses are closed with remote learning options available on Canvas.
