(Salt Lake City, UT) — A bill banning LGBTQ conversion therapy in Utah is awaiting Governor Spencer Cox’s signature. The state Senate passed the measure unanimously on Friday after the House did the same earlier this month. It was previously amended to exclude language that would still allow talk therapy. Governor Cox has signaled he would sign the legislation.
