Region 14
DELTA, Utah-The Delta Rabbits humbled Juab 3-0 Thursday in Region 14 volleyball action at the Palladium. The Rabbits downed the Wasps 25-22, 25-19, 25-14.
MANTI, Utah-The Manti Templars outlasted North Sanpete 3-2 in Region 14 volleyball play Thursday. The Templars overcame an 0-2 deficit by prevailing 14-25, 16-25, 25-23, 25-17, 15-12 over the Hawks.
Region 16
FILLMORE, Utah-The Millard Eagles overpowered Gunnison Valley 3-0 Thursday in Region 16 volleyball play. The Eagles downed the Bulldogs 25-9, 25-16, 25-15 for the decisive straight sets victory.
Girls Soccer
Region 12
RICHFIELD, Utah-Mylee Jensen found the net and the Richfield Wildcats got past Emery 1-0 Thursday in Region 12 girls soccer action. Macey Pace recorded the shutout for the Wildcats.
Region 14
NEPHI, Utah-Alivya Osborn scored the sole goal of the game and the Manti Templars blanked Juab 1-0 in Region 14 girls soccer play Thursday. Brynlee Wathen recorded the shutout for Manti.
DELTA, Utah-Meg Nielson scored a pair of goals and the Delta Rabbits edged Union 3-2 Thursday in Region 14 girls soccer action. Camrynn Zufelt also scored in victory for the Rabbits. Ashly Escobar and Abrianna Chiara each scored for the Cougars in the loss.
2A South
FILLMORE, Utah-Kaley Thurman amassed a hat trick and the Millard Eagles routed San Juan 10-0 in 2A South girls soccer play Thursday. Kara Camp (2 goals), Maggie Stephens, Kristen Remkes, Emma Koyle, Kadi Dearden and Savannah Coray also scored in the victory for Millard. Savannah Wright, Taelee Thatcher and Camdyn Gamble combined on the shutout for the Eagles.
