Region 20

Escalante beat Water Canyon 3-1.

Valley beat Milford 3-2, winning 15-5 in the fifth set.

Panguitch swept Diamond Ranch 3-0. Alexis Allen had 9 kills and Janessa Heaton had 9 aces for the Bobcats in the win.

Wayne swept Bryce Valley 3-0.

Antonio Moreno went 2-3, with a double and three RBI’s as the Bryce Valley Mustangs beat Panguitch 7-1 Wednesday in 1A South region baseball action. Trey Clark earned the win on the mound with six strikeouts in 4.1 innings pitched. Shea Miller drove in a run in the loss for the Bobcats.

Jake Batty, Blake Peterson and Ammon Peterson each drove in three runs as the Wayne Badgers pounded Pinnacle 18-0 in 1A South Region baseball action. Batty and Ryker Peterson each homered in the win and Garrett Robins earned the win on the mound with nine strikeouts in three innings pitched
