(Undated) — The Utah Highway Patrol and other police agencies are preparing for another crack down on speeding drivers. UHP says more patrols will be on the roads through mid-August looking for leadfoots. According to troopers, many of the fatal crashes they’ve responded to this year have involved a driver who was speeding excessively.
