Mt. Pleasant is being recognized as one of the best small towns in Utah. On July 9, travelandleisure.com released their list of the eleven best small towns in the state based of off things such as national park access, natural hot springs and epic skiing. The article states the city is just as pleasant as its name implies, with “a beautiful historic main street composed of well-preserved 19th-century buildings.” Kanab, Moab, Torrey and Panguitch were included on the list among others.
