Snow Football Drops To No. 4 In Latest NJCAA Rankings

CHARLOTTE, N.C.-Monday, Snow College football stayed in the playoff rankings despite falling to No. 4 in the polls.

Because the top four teams in the polls are automatically selected for the playoffs, which commence December 4, the Badgers would still make the postseason based on their ranking.

However, their slide from No. 2 has caused them to fall out of hosting a home playoff game for the time being.

The present No. 1 team in the polls remains the Iowa Western Reivers (9-0). The Reivers are still the only team to beat Snow College on the season.

The Reivers are followed by No. 2 New Mexico Military (9-1) and No. 3 Northwest Mississippi CC (9-2).

The Badgers remain 7-1 on the season with the conclusion of their regular season occurring November 6.

The rest of the teams in the polls are as follows:

No. 5 Monroe (N.Y.) 9-0

No. 6 East Mississippi CC 9-1

No. 7 Hinds CC (Miss.) 8-1

No. 8 Hutchinson CC (Kan.) 7-2

No. 9 Jones (Miss.) 8-2

No. 10 Iowa Central 8-2

No. 11 Garden City (Kan.) 7-2

No. 12 Coffeyville CC (Kan.) 6-2

No. 13 Mississippi Gulf Coast CC (7-2)

No. 14 Tyler (Texas) 6-4

No. 15 Independence (Kan.) 8-2

Several teams will have games over the course of the upcoming weekend but for many NJCAA teams, the regular season has now concluded.
