In a post to their Facebook page, the Salina Police Department shared that they are seeking the publics help in locating a person involved in a hit and run.

Around 1:00 a.m. on June 19, a woman was walking home from the balloon festival. She was walking east on 100 South near 200 East when she was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene leaving the woman lying in the road.
