OGDEN, Utah (AP) — Rashaad Goolsby had 18 points as Portland State topped Weber State 89-83. Holland Woods added 17 points for the Vikings, while Lamar Hamrick chipped in 16. Jerrick Harding led the Wildcats with 20 points.
