OGDEN, Utah-Tuesday, the All-Big Sky football teams were released with defending conference champion, and #2 FCS playoffs overall seed, Weber State, dominating the first team, with 13 selections.
Weber State was represented by Big Sky freshman of the year, tailback Josh Davis, of Alta High School in Sandy, Utah. Davis ranks third in the FCS with 170 all-purpose yards per game and sixth nationally in all-purpose yards with 1,700.
He has amassed seven games of 100-plus rushing yards and two games of 200-plus rushing yards with a season-high performance of 225 yards.
Weber State’s first-team representatives also included senior tackle Iosua Opeta, sophomore guard Ty Whitworth, sophomore returner Rashid Shaheed, senior defensive tackle Filipe Satake, junior defensive end Jonah Williams, junior defensive end Adam Rodriguez, senior outside linebacker Landon Stice, senior inside linebacker LeGrand Toia, senior cornerback Keilan Benjamin, senior safety Jordan Preator, senior safety Jawian Harrison and senior special teams player Brady May.
On the second team, the Wildcats were represented by May as a fullback and sophomore kicker Trey Tuttle, as well as junior punter Doug Lloyd.
The third team saw Weber State represented by outside linebacker Auston Tesch and cornerback Parker Preator.
Southern Utah was represented by junior center Zach Larsen on the first team, senior tackle Marquez Tucker, sophomore returner Judd Cockett and senior inside linebacker Chinedu Ahanonu on the third team.
