(Salt Lake City, UT)  —  The Utah Utes are adding a quarterback to their team via transfer. 

Former Texas quarterback Cameron Rising has committed to the Utes. 

Rising is a freshman who spent this past season as the third-string quarterback for the Longhorns. 

Rising will be eligible to play in 2020.
