OREM, Utah-Friday, Utah Valley men’s basketball head coach Todd Phillips signed senior guard Cache Fields.

Fields, a native of Palo Alto, Calif., was previously with the Wolverines in the 2018-19 season, averaging 0.3 points and 0.1 rebounds per game.

Fields has spent the past two seasons at Gavilan College of Gilroy, Calif.

During his time with the Rams, Fields averaged 6.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per game.

Prior to his college days, Fields starred at Pinewood High School of Los Altos Hills, Calif., posting 16 points and 7 rebounds per game for the Panthers during his senior season.
