HENDERSON, Nev.-Tuesday, with the Mountain West Conference’s football media day activities having commenced, Utah State quarterback Jordan Love has been named the conference’s preseason offensive player of the year.

Love headlines five Aggies named to the all-conference preseason team, including senior defensive end Tipa Galeai, senior cornerback DJ Williams, junior kickoff returner Savon Scarver and junior linebacker David Woodward.

This is the highest number of preseason representatives the Aggies have had on the all-conference team since joining the Mountain West prior to the 2013 season.

The Aggies will be addressing the media Wednesday at Henderson, Nev. as this is the designated day for school in the Mountain Division of the Mountain West Conference.
