LOGAN, Utah-Thursday, Utah State football added Mike Zuckerman as its new inside linebackers coach.

Zuckerman comes to Logan after spending the past seven years fulfilling various roles for the Miami (Fla.) Hurricanes’ program.

Zuckerman has been in coaching since 2008 when he served as the New Rochelle (N.Y.) High School offensive and defensive line coach.

Following his year serving the Huguenots, he resumed his coaching career in 2010-12 with his first stint with the Hurricanes, serving as a Miami student assistant.

He then went to Rutgers in 2013, serving as the Scarlet Knights’ development assistant.

From 2014-20, Zuckerman served as the Hurricanes’ defensive graduate assistant (2014-2016), quality control analyst (2017-2018) and senior quality control analyst (2019-2020).

Zuckerman earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Miami in business administration (2012) and sports administration (2016) respectively.
