SALT LAKE CITY-Thursday through Saturday, Utah baseball (14-33, 6-24 in Pac-12 play) hosts its last series of the season against the UC Davis Aggies (19-29, 9-15 in Big West play) for a non-conference tilt at Smith’s Ballpark.
Friday, the Utes will honor five seniors, infielder Isaac Cruz, left-handed pitcher Kyle Robeniol, outfielder Chandler Anderson, left-handed pitcher Joshua Tedeschi and outfielder Erick Migueles.
The Utes are led by junior infielder Oliver Dunn in batting average (.362).
Migueles has 7 home runs and 40 RBI to lead the Utes in both of those categories.
Tedeschi’s 5-5 record and 49 strikeouts lead Utah in each of those categories.
Sophomore infielder Tanner Murray leads the Aggies in batting average (.380) and RBI (31).
UC Davis is led in home runs by senior outfielder Garret Kelly with seven.
Sophomore right-handed pitcher Brett Erwin (5-5) has the best record on the Aggies’ staff. Senior right-hander Blake Hannah leads UC Davis in strikeouts with 34.
