LOGAN, Utah-Monday, Utah State football placekicker Dominik Eberle was named as the Mountain West Conference’s special teams player of the week.

Against San Diego State, Eberle scored 11 points in the Aggies’ 23-17 win Saturday. The senior out of Nuremberg, Germany made 3 of 4 field goal attempts and both of his extra point attempts.

Eberle has 30 points this season and 280 points in his career.

This is the third time in his career with the Aggies that Eberle has been named as the Mountain West’s special teams player of the week.
