LOGAN, Utah-Monday, Utah State head men’s basketball coach Craig Smith announced the addition of former Virginia guard, 6-5 Marco Anthony.

Per NCAA transfer rules, Anthony, who will have two years of eligibility remaining for the Aggies, will sit out the 2019-20 season.

Anthony played in 22 games in 2018-19 for the national championship-winning Cavaliers. The former Holmes High School (San Antonio) star averaged 1.2 points and 0.5 rebounds per game for Virginia.
