SALT LAKE CITY-Per Wednesday news, the University of Utah men’s basketball team announced open tryouts will occur Tuesday October 14 at 6:00 pm at the Huntsman Center.

Those interested must meet the following criteria:

Be a full-time student at the University of Utah taking at least 12 credit hours

show proof of a physical examination within the last six months

provide proof of a sickle cell trait blood test

fill out the Compliance Tryout Form

fill out an interest form

E-mail director of operations Victoria Sun at vsun@huntsman.utah.edu with your proof of a physical signed by a physician, sickle cell trait blood test results and a completed compliane tryout form.

You can get a physical exam through your primary doctor, walk-in clinics or at the Student Health Center.
