RENO, Nev.-Taylor Ward, Jose Rojas, Dustin Garneau and Jared Walsh all homered as the Salt Lake Bees won their fourth straight game, outlasting the Reno Aces 15-9 Monday at Greater Nevada Field in Pacific Coast League baseball action.
The Bees, who are now 14-23, built a 7-0 lead on Rojas’ dinger, a three-run shot, in the top of the 2nd Inning.
Rojas also added a 2-RBI double, while Wilfredo Tovar, Jarrett Parker, Garneau and Ty Kelly added RBI as well for the surging Bees.
Andrew Aplin homered in the loss for the Aces, who fell to 14-24.
The Bees are back in action Tuesday afternoon at 12:05 pm MDT at Reno as they seek the series sweep before a day off on Wednesday.
