TAYLORSVILLE, Utah-Late Wednesday, Salt Lake C.C.’s athletic department announced infielder Ashlee Snyder and outfielder Lauren Tycksen were both honored as National Fastpitch Coach Association first-team All-Americans.
The Bruins are one of six teams nationwide in NJCAA to have two recipients of this award on the roster.
Snyder, who has already committed to play for Division I Louisiana, amassed a national-best 115 RBI on the 2018 season and was third in national annals by batting .519.
Tycksen is now the Bruins’ all-time leader in stolen bases, posting 50 on the season. This also led the Scenic West Athletic Conference. She finished the season by batting .440.
