EPHRAIM, Utah-Monday, Snow College women’s basketball added power forward Samiana Suguturaga to their program.

Sugturaga is a Mountain View High School (Orem) product and averaged 12.8 points during her career with the Bruins.

For her contributions this past season, Sugturaga was named a second team Class 5-A all-state performer by the Deseret News and a first-team All-Region 7 performer for 13-13 Mountain View.

The athletic Sugturaga also led the Bruins to the Class 5-A state championship in volleyball
