COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho-Isaac Finlinson netted 27 points and 6 rebounds on 8-15 from the field and 5-9 behind the arc as the No. 1 Snow Badgers overpowered North Idaho 99-87 at Christianson Gymnasium Saturday in SWAC men’s basketball play. The Badgers shot 50 percent for the game in improving to 22-1 and 8-0 in SWAC play. Vaughn Weems posted 38 points and 5 rebounds on 14-22 from the field in the loss for the Cardinals. Snow returns to play Thursday evening by hosting Colorado Northwestern as the SWAC season ensues for both squads.

COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho-Iyana Beh posted 22 points and 9 rebounds on 9-13 from the field and the Snow Badgers outlasted North Idaho 76-69 in overtime Saturday at Christianson Gymnasium in SWAC women’s basketball play. Kylani Rookstool netted 24 points on 5-8 behind the arc in the loss for the Cardinals.
