TAYLORSVILLE, Utah-After falling to Salt Lake C.C. by just seven points 12 days ago in Ephraim, the Snow College women’s basketball team dropped a 65-30 decision against the Bruins Thursday evening. With the loss, the Lady Badgers drop to 10-13 on the season, including a 1-4 record against conference opponents.
TheSLCC defense made for a tough night for the Lady Badgers, holding Snow to 19.6 shooting percentage for the game. The Lady Badgers connected on just 1-of-11 shots from the field during the second quarter. Reagan Yamauchi led Snow with eight points, shooting 2-of-11 from the field and 3-of-4 from the free-throw line. Shawnee Simpson led the Lady Badgers with eight rebounds.
After three straight road games, Snow College will return to Ephraim this weekend, taking on Southern Idaho on Saturday, January 25 at 3 p.m.
