NEW YORK-Tuesday, Utah State junior wide receiver/kick returner Savon Scarver and senior defensive tackle Leki Fotu were named to the CBS Sports preseason All-American team.

Scarver, a 5-11 190-pound speedster, was named as only the third Aggies All-American in program history in 2018 and was named to the CBS Sports’ preseason All-American first team.

Scarver led the nation in kick returns, averaging 33.7 yards per return and tied for second nationally with two returns for scores.

Fotu made the second team and posted three sacks in 2018 and 5.5 sacks in 2018.
