SALINA, Utah-Gavin Brown completed 11 of 14 passes for 194 yards and four touchdowns and the Richfield Wildcats outlasted the North Sevier Wolves 25-20 Friday in non-region football action. Brittyn Riddle (25 touches, 171 scrimmage yards, 3 rec TD’s) led the Wildcats as well in the win. With North Sevier leading 14-13, Richfield took the lead for good by converting a 1st and Goal from the Wolves’ 41-yard line, while Brown hit Ethan Udy for the score to give Richfield a lead they would not relinquish.
Taylor Crane completed 17 of 28 passes for 221 yards, 3 touchdowns and an interception in defeat for the Wolves. Gabe Wilcox had 12 carries for 75 yards and Hunter Higgs amassed 7 receptions for 141 yards and a score for the Wolves in defeat.
Richfield next faces Payson August 30 at home and North Sevier visits Coalville to face North Summit August 30.
RANDOLPH, Utah-Sam Orton tossed for four touchdown passes and added a 22-yard touchdown run as the Kanab Cowboys downed the Rich Rebels 40-0 in non-region football action Friday. Karson Blomquist added a 19-yard touchdown run for the Cowboys.
NEPHI, Utah-Zac Cowan threw two touchdown passes and ran for another score as the Juab Wasps bested the Cedar City Reds 34-26 Friday in non-region football action. Cade Bowring had touchdown runs of 7 and 3 yards for the Wasps as well in the victory.
MONROE, Utah-Matt Bowler returned a punt 40 yards for a touchdown and Ryan Moody returned an interception 20 yards for another score as the Enterprise Wolves downed South Sevier 21-14 in non-region football action Friday. Jaxin Torgerson had scoring runs of 1 and 35 yards in the loss for the Rams.
FILLMORE, Utah-Brooks Myers threw a touchdown pass and ran for two more scores as the Millard Eagles pounded Judge Memorial 46-0 Friday in non-region football action. Austin Burraston and KC Whitaker also ran for touchdowns in the win for the Eagles.
GUNNISON, Utah-Bryson Barnes threw five touchdown passes and the Milford Tigers routed the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs 46-8 in non-region football action Friday. Gage Griffiths added a 3-yard touchdown run in the loss for the Tigers. Carson Yardley had a touchdown run for the Bulldogs in defeat.
CASTLE DALE, Utah-Payton Clawson, Connor Jorgensen, Landon Bowles and Parker Lee each ran for touchdowns and the North Sanpete Hawks smacked Emery 43-6 Friday in non-region football action. Bowles also threw a 28-yard touchdown pass to Kaden Taylor in the win for the Hawks and Lee added a 23-yard fumble recovery for a score for North Sanpete.
MANTI, Utah-Jax Parry threw two touchdown passes and Ryker Hewko threw a touchdown pass, ran for a touchdown and caught a pass for another score as the Manti Templars drubbed Class 5-A Payson 41-22 in non-region football action Friday. Keenan Moulton added another score on a blocked kick and Tyler Taukeiaho had a 39-yard touchdown run for the Templars.
BEAVER, Utah-Ryker Albrecht had a pair of scoring runs and Kaleb Barney ran for a score while returning an interception for another touchdown as the Beaver Beavers smacked the Delta Rabbits 40-0 Friday in non-region football action. Alex Hollingshead tossed a 25-yard touchdown pass to Porter Albrecht and McCoy Smith added a 6-yard touchdown run for the Beavers.

PRICE, Utah-The Wayne Badgers put up 11 runs in the top of the 1st inning and cruised from there with a 17-4 win over Pinnacle in 1A South Region baseball action Friday.
JUNCTION, Utah-The Valley Buffaloes won a pitcher’s dual over Piute, 3-2 in 1A South Region baseball action Friday.
PANGUITCH, Utah-The Panguitch Bobcats scored 10 runs in the fourth inning to seal the deal in a 16-3 win over Bryce Valley in 1A South Region baseball action Friday.

ALTAMONT, Utah-The Altamont Longhorns swept the Wayne Badgers, 3-0 in non-region volleyball action Friday. Altamont won 25-14, 25-13, 25-14.
TABIONA, Utah-Tabiona topped Wayne 3-0, 25-11, 25-13, 25-14, in non-region volleyball action Saturday.
