KANAB, Utah-Kanon Virostko homered twice and Grady Anderson also went yard as the Kanab Cowboys lassoed Parowan 14-4 Thursday in 2A South baseball play. Kyan Lyman netted six strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Cowboys. Hunter Bettridge drove in two runs in the loss for the Rams.

Non-Region

DELTA, Utah-Cooper Smith drove in two runs and the Delta Rabbits outlasted Gunnison Valley 7-6 Thursday in non-region baseball play. Smith netted three strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Delta. Axton Sorenson drove in a pair of runs in the loss for the Bulldogs.

Softball

Region 18

BLANDING, Utah-Colee Crofts, Averie Gilson and Kheirra Keith each homered and the San Juan Broncos bested South Sevier 10-8 in Region 18 softball play Thursday. Ella Stearns netted 11 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Broncos. Navey Lindsay and Halle McKinlay drove in two runs apiece in the loss for the Rams.

BEAVER, Utah-Danzee Bradshaw homered and the Beaver Beavers doubled up Enterprise 2-1 Thursday in Region 18 softball play. Lexi Hafen netted eight strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Beavers. Maddie Carter had an RBI in the loss for the Wolves.

MILFORD, Utah-Krymzen Williams and Bentlie Bradshaw drove in three runs apiece and the Milford Tigers routed Panguitch 22-1 Thursday in 1A softball play. Jaidyn McMullin netted four strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Tigers. Zoie Fife had an RBI in the loss for the Bobcats.

FILLMORE, Utah-Elcie Shurtz belted a grand slam and the Delta Rabbits doubled up Millard 24-12 in non-region softball play Thursday. Macie Wade homered in the loss for the Eagles.
