MIDDLE VILLAGE, N.Y.-Cole Anthony posted 30 points and 11 rebounds on 11-20 shooting as the Oak Hill (Va.) Warriors downed Wasatch Academy 79-72 Thursday at the Geico Nationals High School Tournament at Christ the King High School.
Mike Saunders netted 22 points on 7-10 shooting in the loss for the Tigers, whose season ends with this defeat.

PAROWAN, Utah-Laci Sissener went yard and doubled twice as the Parowan Rams blasted Panguitch 18-3 Thursday in 2-A South softball action. Brooklyn Frisbie tripled, Lauren Logan doubled and Madison Mathews earned the win in the circle for the Rams. Frisbie also had 4 RBI in the win for Parowan.
Region 15
MOAB, Utah-Jaci Shumway homered and doubled, posting 4 RBI, as the Grand Red Devils pounded Richfield 15-1 in the first game of a Region 15 softball doubleheader Thursday.
MOAB, Utah-Cortney Noyes, Jaci Shumway and Jessica Jones all went yard as the Grand Red Devils completed a Region 15 doubleheader sweep of Richfield with an 11-1 rout Thursday. Allie Torgerson homered on a solo shot in defeat for the Wildcats.

Region 14
DELTA, Utah-Jace Allen, Jager Springer, Josh Mendez, Orlando Rodriguez and Walker Carroll each scored as the Delta Rabbits pounded Carbon 5-1 Thursday in Region 14 boys soccer action.
Region 15
MONROE, Utah-Brock Winter found the net twice and the Emery Spartans smacked South Sevier 3-1 in Region 15 boys soccer action Thursday. Brad Taylor scored in defeat for the Rams.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Brian Chavez scored twice as the Manti Templars bested North Sanpete 3-2 Thursday in Region 15 boys soccer action. Juan Diego Palerin also scored in the win for the Templars. Brady Jacobson scored both goals in the loss for the Hawks.
MOAB, Utah-Jaxen Saunders and Nolan Ramirez each scored and the Grand Red Devils blanked Richfield 2-0 in Region 15 boys soccer action Thursday. Cameron Hoppenstaedt earned the shutout in victory for the Red Devils.
Region 18
HURRICANE, Utah-Bryan Pimentel, Daniel Magana and Jesus Magana each found the net and the Beaver Beavers stymied Diamond Ranch 3-1 Thursday in Region 18 boys soccer action.
FILLMORE, Utah-Mario Cannon amassed four goals and Jose Ramon added a hat trick while the Millard Eagles hammered Parowan 8-0 in Region 18 boys soccer action Thursday. Cris Garcia also scored for Millard and Wyatt Alcala earned the shutout for the Eagles.
