NEPHI, Utah-Wyatt Payton drove in a pair of runs and the Juab Wasps dismantled Emery 7-2 in non-region baseball play Thursday. Austin Park and Taylor Newton drove in an additional run apiece in victory for the Wasps. Kanyon Mattinson posted 12 strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Juab.
DELTA, Utah-Memphis Butler drove in three runs and the ALA Eagles routed Delta 10-1 Thursday in non-region baseball action. Cameron Fenn posted seven strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Eagles. Brixton Wright drove in a run in the loss for the Rabbits.

Region 12
RICHFIELD, Utah-Gabby Vasquez homered twice and the Carbon Dinos hammered Richfield 15-0 Thursday in Region 12 softball action. Haven Byerly posted six strikeouts in two innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Dinos.
2A Central
MONROE, Utah-Kinley Phelps homered and the South Sevier Rams pummeled Wayne 16-1 in 2A Central softball action Thursday. Caitlyn Nielson, Hayzen Taylor and Audree Anderson drove in an additional two runs apiece for the Rams in the rout. Aspynn Dickinson, Ashton Miller, Kinsey Parsons and Kylie Gordon also drove in a run apiece for South Sevier. Bailey Buchmiller netted three strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Rams.
GUNNISON, Utah-Jakelle Sorenson homered and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs routed North Sevier 20-9 Thursday in 2A Central softball play. Lexee Keisel drove in three more runs in victory for the Bulldogs. Kamryn Pierce homered twice in defeat for the Wolves. Maile Ha’o’s six strikeouts in five innings of work earned her the win in the circle for Gunnison Valley.

KAMAS, Utah-Malia Olson went yard and the South Summit Wildcats pounded Juab 16-6 Thursday in non-region softball play. Toshlyn Louder recorded six strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Wildcats.
PANGUITCH, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds achieved a split against Panguitch in a Thursday non-region softball doubleheader with a 15-11 win over the Bobcats. Lillee Torgerson drove in four runs in defeat for the Bobcats. Katie Hatch, Chanlee Owens, Siena Sawyer, Kenli Hatch and Jocelyn Certonio added an additional RBI apiece in the loss for Panguitch.
PANGUITCH, Utah-Siena Sawyer, Kadee Harland and Kenli Hatch each drove in a run and the Panguitch Bobcats edged Piute 9-7 in the first game of a non-region softball doubleheader Thursday. Hatch recorded a strikeout in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Bobcats.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Katelyn Nielson homered and the Emery Spartans downed North Sanpete 12-5 in non-region softball play Thursday. Indigo North homered in the loss for the Hawks. Aspen Taylor recorded two strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Spartans.
