Smith netted 11 strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Hawks. Logan Bennett drove in a run in defeat for the Dinos.
CASTLE DALE, Utah-Stephen Robbins drove in five runs and the Manti Templars got past Emery 9-7 Friday in Region 13 baseball play. Zach Blackham netted two strikeouts in 1.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Templars. Ben Johansen drove in three runs in the loss for the Spartans.

NEPHI, Utah-Kai Cuff, Rhett Richards and Trevin Park drove in a run apiece and the Juab Wasps got past Richfield 6-5 Friday in the first game of a Region 14 baseball doubleheader. Luke Marostica netted seven strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wasps. Kelby Rickenbach drove in a pair of runs in the loss for the Wildcats.
NEPHI, Utah-Easton Park and Maddix Park had an RBI apiece and the Juab Wasps completed a Region 14 baseball doubleheader sweep of Richfield with a 5-4 win over the Wildcats Friday. Corbin Buchanan netted 12 strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wasps. Max Albrecht drove in a pair of runs in the loss for the Wildcats.
2A North
FILLMORE, Utah-Kaede Jacketta drove in two runs and the South Summit Wildcats smacked Millard 7-1 in the first game of a 2A North baseball doubleheader Friday. Owen Mair netted two strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for South Summit. Zach Higgins drove in a run in defeat for the Eagles.
FILLMORE, Utah-The South Summit Wildcats completed a 2A North baseball doubleheader sweep of Millard with a 6-4 win over the Eagles Friday. Zach Higgins and Kamdyn Frampton drove in a run apiece in the loss for Millard.

BEAVER, Utah-Ki Anzalone homered and the Beaver Beavers blanked Enterprise 10-0 in 2A South baseball play Friday. Davin Orton netted eight strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Beavers.
MILFORD, Utah-Bradyn Carter drove in five runs and the Milford Tigers pounded Water Canyon 18-0 Friday in 2A South baseball play. Slade Kesler recorded six strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Milford.

GUNNISON, Utah-Cache Young and Jaeden Camacho drove in two runs apiece and the Monticello Buckaroos bested Gunnison Valley 7-5 in 2A East baseball play Friday. Triston Felix recorded 10 strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Buckaroos. Daxton Knudsen drove in three runs in the loss for the Bulldogs.
MONROE, Utah-Houston Blake homered and the South Sevier Rams got past San Juan 11-8 Friday in 2A East baseball play. Jax Christiansen posted six strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Rams. Kreed Hering homered in the loss for the Broncos.
SALINA, Utah-Davis Malmgren, Zander Christiansen and Parker Jensen drove in two runs apiece and the North Sevier Wolves edged Grand 9-8 in 2A East baseball play Friday. Kade Harward netted two strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wolves. Nash Jones and Kelon Wells drove in a pair of runs apiece in the loss for the Red Devils.

JUNCTION, Utah-Lacie Long and Preslee Thacker drove in three runs apiece and the Altamont Longhorns routed Piute 21-1 Friday in the first game of a 1A softball doubleheader. Kate Lindsay netted five strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Longhorns. Addisyn Westwood drove in a run in the loss for the Thunderbirds.

HERRIMAN, Utah-Nixon Curtis amassed a hat trick and the Juab Wasps overpowered Providence Hall 5-2 Friday in Region 14 boys soccer play.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Tanner Olson, Lyrik Eckersley, Brayson Berrett and Titan Gonzalez each scored and the Richfield Wildcats blanked Delta 4-0 in Region 14 boys soccer play Friday. Landen Paulson recorded four saves to earn the shutout in the net for the Wildcats.
2A South
GUNNISON, Utah-Gavin Willden posted a hat trick and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs blanked Grand 3-0 Friday in 2A South boys soccer play.
