RICHFIELD, Utah-Drake Weston netted 21 points and the No. 1 Rich Rebels outlasted No. 5 Tabiona 81-68 in triple overtime Friday in the 1A state semifinals at the Sevier Valley Center. Bryson Fabrizio’s 22 points led the Tigers in the loss. Rich next plays for the 1A state championship Saturday at 6:30 pm at the Sevier Valley Center against No. 2 Panguitch.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Daxton Miller’s 27 points and 9 rebounds led the way and the No. 2 Panguitch Bobcats outlasted No. 11 Bryce Valley 54-46 in the 1A state semifinals at the Sevier Valley Center Friday. Zaren Roberts scored 14 points on 6-7 from the field in the loss for the Mustangs.

1A Quarterfinal Loss Bracket @ SVC

RICHFIELD, Utah-Jace Cox posted 28 points and the No. 4 Valley Buffalos outlasted No. 9 Piute 60-55 in the 1A quarterfinal loss bracket at the Sevier Valley Center Friday. Brodee Montague posted 23 points on 7-13 from the field and 5-10 from range in the loss for the Thunderbirds. Valley next plays for 5th place Saturday at 11:30 am at the Sevier Valley Center against No. 7 Tintic.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Hagen Barton’s buzzer-beating 3-pointer in triple overtime lifted No. 7 Tintic to a 65-62 win over No. 3 Milford Friday in the 1A quarterfinal loss bracket at the Sevier Valley Center. Luke Larsen’s 15 points and 6 rebounds on 6-12 from the field led the Miners in victory. Kilo Tsosie posted 22 points and 17 rebounds in the loss for the Tigers. Sadler Barnes added 19 points and 10 rebounds in the loss for Milford.

Consolation Bracket Play @ Richfield High School

RICHFIELD, Utah-Kevin Gonzalez netted 19 points and the No. 15 Wendover Wildcats waxed No. 6 Green River 68-57 in 1A consolation bracket play Friday at Richfield High School. Rolando Anguiano’s game-high 26 points led the Pirates in the loss. Wendover will play No. 13 Manila for 6th place Saturday at 11:30 am at Richfield High School.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Wyatt Muir stepped up with 15 points and the No. 13 Manila Mustangs overpowered No. 17 Altamont 47-36 Friday at Richfield High School in 1A consolation bracket play. Briggs Wall and Breyden Jessen had 9 points apiece in the loss for the Longhorns.

1A State Semifinals @ SVC

RICHFIELD, Utah-Braylyn Pugmire recorded 21 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists on 8-11 from the field and the No. 1 Rich Rebels bested No. 4 Wayne 53-46 Friday in the 1A state semifinals at the Sevier Valley Center. AJ VanDyke’s 11 points and 7 rebounds led the Badgers in the loss. Rich next plays for the 1A state championship Saturday at 4:30 pm at the Sevier Valley Center against No. 3 Tabiona.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Maycee Rhoades posted 14 points and 9 rebounds and the No. 3 Tabiona Tigers upset No. 2 Panguitch 36-31 in the 1A state semifinals at the Sevier Valley Center Friday. Makena Owens’ game-high 15 points led the Bobcats in the loss.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Heidi Clark netted 14 points and 7 rebounds on 6-10 from the field and the No. 5 Whitehorse Raiders downed No. 8 Monument Valley 47-36 Friday at the Sevier Valley Center  in the 1A quarterfinal loss bracket. Dakotah Cly’s 11 points and 8 rebounds led the Cougars in the loss.

Consolation Bracket Play @ Richfield High School

RICHFIELD, Utah-Jaidyn McMullin’s 19 points led the way and the No. 11 Milford Tigers routed No. 10 Escalante 45-26 in consolation bracket play Friday at Richfield High School. The Tigers will play No. 9 Piute for 6th place Saturday at 10:00 am.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Amy Morgan led the way with 15 points and the No. 9 Piute Thunderbirds got past No. 12 Wendover 38-34 Friday at Richfield High School in consolation bracket play. Natalie Alvarez led the Wildcats in defeat with 13 points.
