RICHFIELD, Utah-Ty Allred netted 19 points and 5 rebounds on 7-13 shooting as the Juab Wasps pounded Mount Vernon 72-32 Saturday at the Central Utah preview at the Sevier Valley Center.
Allred made all three of his free throw attempts as he went 14-14 at the foul line during this preview. Jakob Bailey added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the Wasps on 7-14 from the field as the Wasps shot 50.9 percent (28-55) from the field for the game.
Orlando Martinez had 8 points and 4 rebounds in defeat for the Patriots.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Quentin Jones posted 24 points and 10 rebounds on 9-14 for North Summit as the Braves routed Kanab 64-50 at the Sevier Valley Center Saturday during the Central Utah Preview. Treyson Pace added 20 points and 6 rebounds on 8-15 from the field for the Braves. Kason Janes netted 14 points on 6-10 from the field in the loss for the Cowboys.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Austin Cox netted 21 points on 7-11 from the field as the Manti Templars bested the San Juan Broncos 79-69 during the Central Utah Preview Saturday. Grady Thompson added 17 points and 15 rebounds for Manti. Ladd Ivins posted 25 points on 7-11 from the field for the Broncos in the loss.
Manti shot 53.3 percent (32-60) from the field in the win.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Isaac Finlinson amassed 23 points and 6 rebounds on 10-12 shooting as the Dixie Flyers clobbered South Sevier 74-35 Saturday during the Central Utah preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Ethan Bennett added 17 points on 8-13 shooting for Dixie as the Flyers shot 63 percent (34-54) for the game. Ridge Tebbs had 13 points and 4 rebounds in the loss for the Rams.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Tuhker Mulford posted 16 points and Tate Allred added 15 points, each on 5-7 shooting, as the Grantsville Cowboys downed Richfield 51-39 Saturday at the Sevier Valley Center during the Central Utah preview. Max Robinson had 21 points on 8-15 from the field in defeat for the Wildcats.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Marshall Okerlund’s 24 points on 8-15 from the field led North Sevier to a 63-45 win over Delta at the Sevier Valley Center during the Central Utah preview Saturday. Darian Johnson added 15 points and 5 rebounds for the Wolves in victory. Austin Topham had 19 points and 12 rebounds in the loss for the Rabbits.

BEAVER, Utah-Ky Brown led the way with 19 points and the Beaver Beavers gashed Piute 47-37 Saturday in non-region boys basketball action. Gavin Morgan and Jaden Westwood had 9 points apiece in the loss for the Thunderbirds.

Delta Tournament
DELTA, Utah-Grayce Glover netted 15 points and Kanab humbled Parowan 44-30 at the Delta Tournament Saturday at the Palladium.
DELTA, Utah-Jadee Dutson led the way with 11 points and the Delta Rabbits got past Millard 38-34 Saturday at the Palladium at the Delta Tournament. Eliza Swallow had 15 points in the loss for the Eagles.
Desert Hills Tournament
ST. GEORGE, Utah-Enid Vaifanua posted 13 points and the Desert Hills Thunder stormed past Richfield 45-36 Saturday at the Desert Hills Tournament. Nicole Willardson’s game-high 15 points led the Wildcats in defeat.
Shannon Johnson Tournament
VERNAL, Utah-Makenna Blanc stepped up with 18 points and the Carbon Dinos smacked Wasatch Academy 45-28 at the Shannon Johnson Tournament Saturday. Nataly Dunka had 11 points for the Tigers in the loss.
Non-Region
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Teya Sidberry amassed 37 points as the Judge Memorial Bulldogs pounded North Sanpete 78-33 Saturday in non-region girls basketball action. Tylee Henrie had 12 points in the loss for the Hawks.
