1-A Season Preview (Girls Basketball)

RICHFIELD, Utah-Adriana Delagadillo posted 13 points and 15 rebounds as the Wendover Wildcats downed Wayne 44-32 Friday at the 1-A season preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Brynnli Nelson led the Badgers in defeat with 10 points.

RICHFIELD, Utah-McKina Stacey’s 9 points led the Rich Rebels to a 25-20 win over Piute Friday at the 1-A season preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Heidi Jensen and Myndi Morgan had 7 points apiece in the loss for the Thunderbirds.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Kapri Orton netted 14 points and four assists and the Panguitch Bobcats smacked Monticello 47-27 at the Sevier Valley Center Friday during the 1-A season preview. Mataya Barney posted 12 points and 7 rebounds as well for the Bobcats, while shooting 6 for 7. Brooklyn Holt netted 11 points and 11 rebounds in the loss for the Buckaroos.

RICHFIELD, Utah-The Bryce Valley Mustangs went on a 15-3 run in the 4th Quarter to overcome a 23-16 deficit and downed the Manila Mustangs 31-26 Friday at the 1-A season preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Oakley Johnson had 7 points in the win for Bryce Valley. Aspen Collett netted 7 points and 6 rebounds in defeat for Manila.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Preslee Barnson netted 13 points and the Milford Tigers downed Tabiona 34-25 Friday at the 1-A season preveiew at the Sevier Valley Center. Milford went on a 13-5 run in the 4th Quarter to pull out the win. Aspen Stewart’s 11 points and 9 rebounds led Tabiona in the loss in this battle of the Tigers.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Jamika Nelson filled up the stat sheet, amassing 21 points, 9 assists and 5 rebounds on 9-13 from the field as the Monument Valley Cougars bested Valley 65-54 Friday at the 1-A season preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Errianne Cly added 16 points and 9 rebounds on 7-13 for the Cougars, who shot 55.6 percent for the game. Esther Cox posted 18 points and 7 assists in the loss for the Buffaloes.
