Region 14

MANTI, Utah-Austin Cox led the way with 12 points and the Manti Templars smacked Maeser Prep 62-28 in Region 14 boys basketball action Wednesday. Aaron Cho had a game-high 13 points in defeat for the Lions.

MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Tyrel Morley netted 21 points and 6 rebounds and Trevon Morley posted 20 points and 6 boards as the North Sanpete Hawks downed ALA 61-52 Wednesday in Region 14 boys basketball action. Caden Reichner had 17 points for the Eagles in defeat.

ROOSEVELT, Utah-Joey Sampson stepped up with 11 points and 6 rebounds and the Union Cougars bested Delta 49-37 in Region 14 boys basketball action Wednesday. Austin Topham posted 13 points for the Rabbits in the loss.

Region 20

MILFORD, Utah-Kyler Bennett amassed 14 points and the Panguitch Bobcats downed Milford 40-33 Wednesday in Region 20 boys basketball action.

TROPIC, Utah-Quadyn Tebbs stepped up with 31 points, including five 3-pointers, as the Bryce Valley Mustangs routed Water Canyon 77-41 in Region 20 boys basketball action Wednesday. Dayne Knudson had 13 points for the Wildcats in defeat.

Non-Region

GUNNISON, Utah-Harley Hill netted 15 points and 9 rebounds, while Janzen Keisel added 12 points and 9 boards as the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs smoked Millard 53-33 in non-region boys basketball action Wednesday. The Bulldogs improved to 4-4 on the season by out-rebounding the Eagles, 40-22. Brant Stevens had 11 points in defeat for Millard, as the Eagles slumped to 4-6. The Bulldogs face a stiff test Friday as they host Enterprise. The Eagles return home Friday to face North Sevier in another non-region tilt.

SALINA, Utah-Ky Brown posted 19 points and Jake Eichorn added 16 more as the Beaver Beavers routed North Sevier 60-41 Wednesday in non-region boys basketball action. Brody Butler led the Wolves in defeat with 11 points.

PAROWAN, Utah-Krue Stubbs led the way with 19 points and the Parowan Rams surged past Valley 55-38 in non-region boys basketball action Wednesday. Gavin Hoyt’s 18 points led the Buffaloes in defeat.

HERRIMAN, Utah-Jillian Hamilton netted 15 points and the Providence Hall Patriots smacked Gunnison Valley 51-42 Wednesday in non-region girls basketball action. Rilee Dyreng posted 24 points in defeat for the Bulldogs.

NEPHI, Utah-Hallie Worwood led the way with 16 points and the Juab Wasps won the battle of Juab County by decimating Tintic 57-12 in non-region girls basketball action Wednesday. Brydie Curtis had 4 points in the loss for the Miners.
