EPHRAIM, Utah-Snow College volleyball sophomore Sarah Morley has been named the Scenic West Athletic Conference player of the week after helping lead the Badgers to a 3-1 record over the weekend. Morely, a native of Payson, Utah (Spanish Fork HS) racked up 52 kills over 14 sets, averaging 3.7 kills per set and registered a .272 hitting percentage over four matches.

Morley was credited with a season-high 24 kills in the Badgers’ 3-1 win over Missouri State-West Plains.

The Badgers’ star connected on 24-of-47 attempts, posting a .426 hitting percentage.

As a six-rotation player, Morley also totaled 33 digs on the weekend, averaging 2.36 digs/set.

Morley had a season-high 11 digs in the Badgers’ 3-0 win over Treasure Valley. Additionally, against the Chukars, Morley posted a 2.5 pass rating, passing 10 balls without an error.

She netted two matches this week with zero passing errors, and had only one error in both the Missouri State West Plains and Miami-Dade matches.
