OREM, Utah (AP) — Fardaws Aimaq posted 13 points and 13 rebounds to lift Utah Valley to an 87-72 win over Dixie State in the first game of the weekend series Friday.

Trevon Allfrey led the Trailblazers with 18 points, nine rebounds and three blocks.

In game two on Saturday Hunter Schofield had a season-high 31 points as Dixie St. edged past Utah Valley 93-89.

Trey Woodbury led the Wolverines with a career-high 27 points.
