BYU Turns To Backup QB Hall

(Provo, UT) — The BYU Cougars will turn to backup quarterback Jaren Hall for the foreseeable future after starter Zach Wilson suffered a fractured thumb in Saturday’s loss to Toledo.

Hall went 3-for-6 for 39 yards in the loss to Toledo after Wilson left the game. BYU sits at 2-and-3 and enters a bye this week, giving Hall time to prepare for the job.

The Cougars visit South Florida next Saturday.
