IRVING, Texas-Monday, BYU junior guard/forward A.J. Dybantsa was named the Big 12 Newcomer of the Week for the second consecutive week.

In the Cougars’ 83-73 win over Kansas State Saturday, Dybantsa posted 24 points on 8-14 from the floor and added eight rebounds.

Presently, Dybantsa leads the nation with 23.1 points per game.
