A woman has been arrested after an altercation in Richfield. Just after 6:00 p.m. on Feb. 3 the Richfield City Police Department responded to a call at the DI in Richfield. According to authorities, eye witnesses stated that Deborah Williams, age 63, was accusing a 27 year old female of stealing when Williams started to choke her.

Bystanders stepped in and separated the two, and Williams was arrested for aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment with a child present. According to reports the two women were acquaintances and had driven there together.
