(Cedar City, UT) — Southern Utah will be under a winter storm warning this weekend as another major storm sweeps in. The winter storm warning covers Washington, Iron, Beaver, Kane, and Garfield counties from 11 a.m. today until 6 a.m. Sunday. Heavy snow is possible above eight-thousand feet, with accumulations of ten to 20 inches or more. The National Weather Service says it will feel like spring in St. George through the weekend, with highs in the 60s, lows in the 40s, and a 50-percent chance of rain and thunderstorms.
