Utah schools are making the grade when it comes to teaching students about how to manage their personal finances.

The state received an A from Champlain College in Vermont for how schools teach financial literacy.

Researchers looked at high school graduation requirements and compared them to state guidelines for how schools teach personal finance management to students.

Utah was only one of four states to get an A.
