(St. George, UT) — A southern Utah election official wants everybody’s vote to be counted this November. That’s why Washington County Clerk – Auditor Ryan Sullivan urged Utahns in the region to not wait till the last minute to return their mail-in ballot. Sullivan told the Salt Lake Tribune he “can’t control the mail,” so it’s important ballots are postmarked the day before election day or sooner in order to be processed. Mail ballots for Washington County residents and other Utahns started going out earlier this month.
