(Salt Lake City, UT)  –  The first woman to serve on the Utah Supreme Court plans to retire in November.  Justice Christine Durham sent a letter to Governor Herbert yesterday saying she will step down this fall after 35 years on the court.  Durham was also the high court’s first female chief justice, holding that role for a decade before stepping down in 2012.  The 71-year-old will officially retire on November 16th.Â
