(Salt Lake City, UT) — The state of Utah is going all-out to show support for the people of Ukraine. More than a thousand Utahns joined the governor and lieutenant governor on the steps of the State Capitol yesterday for a rally to show their support. Following the rally, the Capitol building was lit with blue and yellow lights symbolizing the colors of the Ukrainian flag. Earlier in the day, Cox had the Ukrainian flag flown over the Capitol building. The Utah Legislature also unanimously approved a resolution condemning the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
