(Salt Lake City, UT) — The state of Utah would like to see more students pursue careers in early childhood education. The Department of Workforce Services is offering up to four-million dollars in scholarships to college students who pursue degrees in fields like elementary education and child development. The scholarships will reimburse students for their education as long as they work at least 15 hours a week in a Workforce-eligible child care program in Utah.
