(Salt Lake City, UT) — Members of the Utah National Guard will be required to get COVID-19 vaccinations and submit copies of their vaccine cards as proof. Officials announced yesterday that the vaccinations are now a part of the Guard’s medical readiness requirements. Units will receive the vaccine during upcoming drills, or they have the option to be vaccinated at weekly clinics being held at Camp Williams. Members have to submit copies of their vaccine cards to the Guard’s Medical Detachment after they are vaccinated.
