(Salt Lake City, CO) — A recent report by USA Today Homefront names Utah as the most affordable state in the U.S. The study takes multiple factors into account, including money spent on groceries, gas, taxes, housing, and health care. Health care is lower in Utah compared to other states, and the study finds that Utah residents spend the least percentage of their income on necessities, and have the most annual income left over.
