Utah Lawmakers Moving On Bill To Address Road Rage

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah lawmakers are working on a bill to address the rising problem of road rage on the state’s streets and highways. The Transportation Interim Committee met at the State Capitol yesterday afternoon to focus on efforts to draft a bill aimed at reducing road rage. The issue is said to be a priority for the Legislature but lawmakers are first working on exactly what a legislative solution would look like. The committee will meet again next month with an eye toward addressing the problem in the 2024 legislative session that begins in January.
