(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes is joining a lawsuit with 23 other states against the Biden administration’s mask and vaccine mandate for Head Start programs. Reyes says the mandate will result in job loss for teachers against the COVID-19 vaccine and says “forcing masks on two-year-olds” will “impede child development.” He adds it will “deprive low-income families and rural communities in Utah of these vital services.”
