(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Utah Democratic Party has unanimously endorsed Kamala Harris to become the party’s presidential nominee. UDP Chair Diane Lewis says Harris’s experience as a criminal prosecutor makes her the perfect candidate to defeat Donald Trump, who’s a convicted felon. Lewis also says Harris has support from young people, Latino and Black voters, and women, which could lead her to victory in the 2024 presidential election.
