(Salt Lake City, UT) — A man suspected in a string of downtown Salt Lake City burglaries, including one in November at the Utah Attorney General’s Office, is in custody again. Salt Lake City Police say they were called to a parking garage near 111 East 300 South to investigate a burglary Saturday morning. Forty-four-year-old Anthony Jack had an active warrant for his arrest, and police placed him in custody. Jack still faces burglary, theft, and drug charges from that November arrest., but had been released from jail on pretrial supervision in late November. He may face additional charges after a review by city detectives and the Salt Lake District Attorney’s Office, though no specific charges have yet been announced.
